Privacy
Your details will not be shared with any third party and are used solely
regarding your commission.
Ordering
Once you place your order I will respond within 24 hours to confirm your
commission. A4
pastels/ graphite or ACEO art card portraits usually take between 2 days
to 1 week (custom sized art or an oil painting will vary) depending on
the current workload.
Postage
In the order form please select if you would prefer standard or special
delivery with full online tracking. Although it is highly unlikely to
happen, I am not responsible for any items lost in the post, Special delivery
is ensured up to £500 and once processed a refund can be given.
UK special delivery
by Royal mail. you will be notified on dispatch with your tracking number
and you will receive it the next day.
Overseas special delivery
I use Royal mail Airsure signed for which is track able online. You will
be notified on dispatch and receive the online tracking number.
Payment
is only required once you approve the completed
portrait online.
You can pay Securely by with paypal, the invoice will be sent to your
email address (if a different email address please state) once you approve
and art work will be dispatched once your payment has cleared.
Copyright
You must not submit photographs which are copyright. If the photo you
submit is copyright please insure you have obtained permission as I am
not responsible for any comeback from the owner, I
retain the copyright to the artwork which may be displayed in my online
portfolio and promotional material.
The image will never be used in any future paintings by me nor any prints
of your commissioned art be made unless requested by you.
Approval
If for any reason you do not approve the artwork or cancel there is no
charge. I retain the copyright to use the image for resale.
Multiple orders
and custom sized pieces
A deposit may be requested with multiple orders or custom large pieces
at the artists discretion.

the completed work online before you pay anything with no obligation to
buy.
if for some reason
you would like to return the portrait for a refund it must be returned
undamaged within 7 days and you will receive your refund by paypal excluding
shipping costs and minus a £1 charge to cover postage and packing
for the free uk delivery.
